A little bit about our house...
The builder is Reliance Homes, the house plan is the Sunburst II. If you compare the Sunburst II Brochure - Front to our Elevation Layout you will notice that the right side of our elevation is Elevation A and left side is Elevation B. We really wanted the Bay window in the living room but we also wanted the "Shed" roof line over the garage. So we cut and pasted the two together and came up with our own Elevation! We call it Elevation "S" for Schaefermeyer's!
Obviously we are going to be doing our own plumbing and heating and electrical so we will be able to save a bunch of money that way and get everything we want in the house.
